JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM
At Engaging the Truth Team Ministry (ETT), we believe that impactful ministry flows from a well-nourished spirit. Our workforce is built on a two-pillar system: Discipleship and Mentorship to ground you deeply in the unbiased truth of the Bible, followed by Productive Service to actively advance the Kingdom. We are not just filling roles; we are raising a dynamic, committed team willing to learn, grow, and be held accountable before they serve. Whether you want to assist periodically as an event volunteer or you are ready to undergo our immersive alignment phase to join the core ministry workforce, your journey starts here.
Please take the short form below to help us gauge your current availability and commitment level, and to determine exactly where you can best partner with us!
-
Event Volunteers: This path is for those who want to assist periodically. You will help execute major gatherings like the ETT Gospel Conference or the Annual Classical Music Convention, serving on the ground or online during specific programs without the demand of rigorous weekly ministry operations.
-
Core Ministry Workforce: This is our dynamic, highly committed team. Joining the core workforce requires undergoing our immersive 3-week Alignment Phase for spiritual grounding and mentorship. Once completed, you will serve actively in one of our four main divisions: the Core Gospel team, the School of Christian Apologetics (ESCA), the Founder's Writing Arm, or our minister's tech empowerment arm, the Caleb's Skills Academy (CSA).
Based on your responses, the form will automatically determine your readiness and either plug you directly into our event volunteer network or grant you access to the official onboarding process for the core team. Your journey to advancing the Kingdom starts right here.
